Your Role

You will negotiate, create and manage Service Agreements for Scope customers, ensuring they are financially sustainable and meet the customer's needs and expectations. You will also support new and existing customers, as well as other stakeholders, to determine what services Scope can provide within service availability constraints.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather sufficient information to enable initial screening and efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Work with customers and other stakeholders to determine what services Scope can provide, considering service availability and potential funding constraints.
  • Develop, maintain and update service agreements/contracts in accordance with current procedures, ensuring they are financially sustainable and meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Complete intake-related administration processes in organisational management systems.
  • Manage all service agreement/contract expiries and reviews, ensuring effective liaison with Scope staff or Service Coordinators as required.

What We Look For

  • Experience in customer service and/or support roles, particularly in disability, health or community services.
  • Previous experience working alongside disability support or allied health teams is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS is an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including contract management skills.
  • A growth mindset and resilience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to critically analyse issues and develop effective solutions.
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships through discretion and personal integrity.

Salary and Benefits
