Job Description

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Digital Training Facility Manager to support our client's training directorate. The successful candidate will provide management and oversight at the assigned Digital Training Facility, ensuring the smooth operation of computer labs on Army installations and Reserve sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Scheduling and Supervision: Oversee the scheduling, supervision, and training of students in the Digital Training Facility.
  • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate facility maintenance and interact with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians to ensure the facility is well-maintained and equipped with the necessary hardware and software.
  • Security and Asset Management: Maintain facility security and assist students in using assets provided in the Digital Training Facility.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture.
  • Lab Environment Management: Partner with other entities to create secure lab environments and provide metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff.
  • Scheduling and Support: Schedule the use of Digital Training Facilities and provide hands-on assistance to the Product Manager (PdM) Army Training Information System (ATIS) and EMS staff.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: 5 years of management experience within IT support and/or management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Ability to analyze and evaluate trainees and provide solutions to potential challenges.
Education and Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
