Seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-performance kitchen team in Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have a results-driven attitude, exceptional leadership skills and be able to drive innovation through new ideas.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Menu development and cost estimation
  • Liaising with suppliers and utilizing seasonal and local produce
  • Maintaining high standards of quality across all stages of preparation and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Leading, training and mentoring junior chefs
  • Autonomously managing the kitchen operation
  • Preparing and serving meals with precision
  • Efficiently managing stock levels
  • Monitoring expenses and wastage
  • Upkeeping a clean and organized kitchen environment

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Certificate IV along with 4 years experience running a kitchen as an Head or Executive Chef. Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs is also essential.
