As an Assistant Director at Goodstart you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
**In this role, you will**:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
**About Goodstart Caulfield**:
Our 128 place centre is situated in a beautiful new building close to shops, local amenities and public transport
Inside your will find six large learning spaces, separate nursery sleep room, family lounge and commercial kitchen
Outside we have a nature-based play area, with sensory gardens, sandpits, pebbled creek beds and digging patch
We cater to children from six weeks to kindergarten aged and are open from 7am till 630pm, Monday to Friday
You will be joining a hardworking team of Educators, Assistant Director, and onsite cook
