Customer Success Leader for ANZ Identity Solutions

As a seasoned Customer Success Leader, you will be responsible for driving the success of our ANZ customers in their identity journey. With a strong focus on strategic problem-solving and thought leadership, you will lead a team of experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer retention and growth across the ANZ region.
- Lead a high-performing team of CSMs, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, TAMs, Renewals, Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and partner teams, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security, with a strong understanding of Okta's products and services.
- Ability to analyze data insights and develop actionable strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- An estimated salary of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
