Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate organisational design and workforce transformation. This includes designing new org structures, job roles, and people capabilities to deliver services aligned with the company's vision.

This will involve working closely with key stakeholders to evaluate current team structures and define future state org design. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the workforce transition to bring the HR transformation to life.

Requirements
  • 5 years' experience as an HR business partner
  • Experience in designing new org structures and job roles
  • Experience in implementing new org structures
  • Working knowledge of Fair Work Act and workplace legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
