Key Role Summary

This role encompasses the management of all venue operations, encompassing box office management, bar operations, cash handling, client hospitality, crowd control, venue setups and turnarounds, cross event marketing, event staff and security briefings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering event plans in line with established operational procedures.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including Tour Managers, Promoters, Artists and Clients at events to represent the organisation.
  • Recruiting, Training, Grading and Managing event staff to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Researching and resourcing events effectively and efficiently.
  • Overseeing regular venue maintenance and presentation to maintain a high standard.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all established safety policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will possess relevant industry experience managing live entertainment venues, along with expertise in managing licensed premises and knowledge of events in live theatre, comedy and/or concert productions.
