Live Event Technician

We're seeking a skilled Live Events Coordinator to join our team. This role combines office-based system administration with dynamic field deployments across various entertainment venues.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Technical Operations:
- Scope and create bespoke IT solutions to meet the requirements of events.
- Deliver exceptional on-site IT support for live events.
- Work with Microsoft Windows versions, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022.
- Install points of sale equipment at venues and temporary events.
- Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control systems.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and respond to urgent technical requirements.
- Client & Venue Management:
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical guidance and support during live events.
- Maintain accurate configuration documentation and system records.
You bring at least one year of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in L1/L2 environments or field service roles.
Requirements:- A current full driver's license.
- Familiarity with the entertainment and sporting venue landscape.
- Comfortable with regular travel across the state.
