Key Event Manager Position

We're seeking a proactive and experienced leader to support the seamless delivery of events across our venues.

  • Assist in delivering events from event brief to execution.
  • Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple venues and event spaces.
  • Coordinate event logistics including staffing, equipment, suppliers, and venue set-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
  • Oversee event set-up, pack-down, and on-the-day operations to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements during events.
  • Manage rostering and support in supervising casual and event staff during operations.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.
