Role Overview

Job Description

Crown Resorts is seeking a Senior Euc Engineer to join our Group Technology team.

This role plays a key part in supporting and optimising modern workplace technologies, managing incidents and service requests, and leading infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Crown's end user computing infrastructure across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

They will also be expected to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and delivery, as well as provide training and support to IT teams and end users to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor infrastructure proactively to ensure optimal system performance and availability.

  2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across EUC platforms to maintain business continuity.

  3. Manage infrastructure upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.

  4. Support project delivery and contribute to the design and implementation of new systems.

  5. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures across all Crown properties.

  6. Provide training and support to IT teams and end users to improve service delivery.

  7. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and delivery.

  8. Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in ICT, with a focus on EUC or modern workplace engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

  • Experience supporting hybrid environments and managing infrastructure in enterprise settings.

  • Proven ability to lead projects and work across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator).

This role includes a rotational on-call support roster, which may involve after-hours and weekend availability to respond to critical incidents or service disruptions.

Candidates are expected to have the flexibility to provide support outside standard business hours as part of a shared team schedule.
