About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design consultancy services, you will be responsible for providing technical design and people leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality and timely outputs that meet client expectations
  • Contribute to our high-performing, engaged and supportive team culture
  • Mentor and support colleagues to foster learning and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Lead design teams and manage projects, including people, tasks, budgets and schedules
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years extensive Civil engineering, design and consulting experience, including on renewable Civil Infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering and design, including an ability to originate designs and or check the work of others
  • Design team leadership and project management experience
  • Ability to positively influence others and support Business Development
