About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a skilled specialist, leveraging your expertise in clothing preparation, folding, and quality assurance. With your excellent sewing and alteration skills, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Picking and Packing Orders: Utilize PDA scanners to accurately select and pack customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
  2. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on products to guarantee their quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
  3. Alterations and Repair: Provide expert alteration services, repairing and altering garments to perfection, ensuring a flawless fit for our customers.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, organizing stock locations and conducting regular stock audits to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Warehouse Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with clothing, including preparation, folding, and quality assurance
  • Exceptional sewing and alteration skills, with expertise in fabrics and garment construction
  • Physical fitness and ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15kgs and operate equipment at varying heights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment:
