Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing deliveries, managing stock replenishment, and merchandising our latest garments on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fashion. They'll be commercially aware, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
