About the Role

We're looking for someone who wants to make a positive impact by building meaningful relationships and making a difference in people's lives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sort and categorize large volumes of donations, including clothing and household items.
  • Pick and process orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain clean and tidy workstations and storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure accurate daily recording of all relevant paperwork.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and volunteers to promote a positive team environment.
  • Be reliable and flexible in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance targets; participate in training; follow directions; and work independently under limited supervision.
  • Take ownership of quality work and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • May be required to lift up to 20 kg if necessary.

  • Show enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of store and distribution roles, including customer service and stock control.
  • Communicate effectively and set priorities to meet daily deadlines.
