The Role and Responsibilities

You will support the Store Manager by leading, driving and inspiring your team to achieve overall success.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading by example to assist in setting management expectations across your team
  • Training, mentoring and coaching team members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Problem solving and providing solutions
  • Assisting with roster management and payroll approval
  • Managing the team (shop floor and back of house) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively managing loss prevention to minimize stock shrinkage
  • Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Team to apply creative visions within the store
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experienced and well-rounded retailer management experience with a minimum of 2-4 years
  • Leadership, motivational and aspirational attributes
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
  • An adaptable and supportive approach
  • A love for the brand and culture
  • Affiliation with core values and attitude
