Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Officer to join our team in supporting the strategic objectives of Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) to lead support and strengthen person-centered primary health care. This role will be responsible for developing and coordinating activities related to older people's health, aged care, and palliative care.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for improving healthcare services for older adults.
- Coordinate engagement and support for Allied Health sector in Western NSW.
- Proven experience in project management and creating project timelines.
- In-depth knowledge of the aged care, primary care, and community pharmacy and/or allied health sectors.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to develop project materials.
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and commitment to cultural awareness and safety.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with high-level competence in using information technology.
- Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in agreed timeframes.
- Capacity to travel within western NSW and hold a current driver's licence.
