Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our growing team as an administrator.

The role will involve managing daily document processing, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing general support to streamline day-to-day operations.

Additionally, you will assist with tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reordering of supplies.

  • Administrative experience on large infrastructure construction projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and good general computer skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – are also necessary.
  • Proven organisational skills and motivation to work towards team objectives are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document management: receive, review, and distribute documents as required.
  • Meeting coordination: arrange meetings and appointments for the team.
  • Inventory management: track and manage inventory levels to ensure timely reordering of supplies.
  • Administrative support: provide general support to the Environment, finance, and construction teams.
