**Job Description**:
As a Inventory Optimization Specialist,** **you contribute to maximizing selling, profit, and customer experience by having the right garments in the right location at the right time, where customer demand is. You keep total overview, forecast and prioritization of garment flow, and structurally steer flow to our different store warehouses and stores based on current demand / supply patterns. You have a deep understanding of sales forecasting, pre allocation, garment flow and supply optimization.

**Some of the key responsibilities of this role**:

- Drive execution, way of working and operations of pre-season and in season allocation on store segments, OL, and future channels for all products.
- Plan and execute omni manual allocation for our customer groups.
- Follow up on allocation accuracy together with Merchandiser Managers, Warehouse, Store operations and area teams.
- Partner up with merchandising in planning and driving stock exit strategies internally and externally (Sale, Deals, Tactical reductions, External vendor)
- Contribute to a healthy and relevant store portfolio together with Merchandise managers and Project merchandiser on the customer offer.
- Set and follow up inventory targets for warehouse and store segments for your customer group.
- Support Store Merchandise Managers with strategy and technical analysis to enable best possible commercial decisions on detail and total in line with supply situations and actions.
- Identify supply constraints and drivers impacting sales within your market and set practical solutions.
- Forecast omni-inbound/outbound garment flow to support logistics planning for in season and future seasons.
- Forecast omni-inbound/outbound garment flow to support stores, online and Sales team on planning for in season and future seasons.
- Set up framework for prioritization of articles for allocation to secure commerciality in stores.
- Align with merchandising commercial actions affecting garment flow.
- Collaborate with logistics and your local team to forecast long term garment flow on location level.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree, preferably within Business, Economics/Finance (or similar) or technical/quantitative field
- Deep understanding of allocation, inventory optimization, logistics operation and store operations
- Broad understanding of buying, commercial planning and store sales and operations
- High analytical skills
- High level of salesmanship
- Advanced Excel user
- Programming skills meriting
- Collaborative personality and good communication skills
