Inventory Management Specialist

This role is focused on optimizing inventory levels and ensuring that our products are in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and profitability goals across third-party platforms.

About the Role:
  • You will develop and manage seasonal sales and margin plans for third-party accounts, aligning product strategies with partner goals, including assortment and regional trends.
  • You will monitor sell-through rates and recommend replenishment or reallocation strategies to prevent delays and optimize inventory levels.
  • You will track and analyze sales performance, platform trends, and consumer behavior to present actionable insights to internal teams to inform future planning.
  • You will partner with marketing and sales to plan product launches and promotional campaigns, influencing digital merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
What You Will Do:
  1. Develop and manage seasonal sales and margin plans for third-party accounts.
  2. Align product strategies with partner goals, including assortment and regional trends.
  3. Monitor sell-through rates and recommend replenishment or reallocation strategies.
  4. Collaborate with supply chain to prevent delays and optimize inventory levels.
  5. Track and analyze sales performance, platform trends, and consumer behavior.
  6. Present actionable insights to internal teams to inform future planning.
  7. Partner with marketing and sales to plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
  8. Influence digital merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
Who You Are:
  • With 5+ years of experience in wholesale or merchandise planning, ideally within fashion, you have a proven track record in this field.
  • You are confident with margin planning, sell-through analysis, and inventory forecasting.
  • You possess advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
  • You are analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You are proactive, commercially savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You manage time well and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
