Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Lead the development of creative messaging and campaign activity, working closely with our agency partners.
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance within the team and across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives that drive customer success.
About You
We are looking for a passionate marketing professional with a creative flair and hands-on experience in designing and executing impactful marketing strategies. You will have strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative team player.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to define and manage critical paths to achieve marketing goals.
