Job Title: Head of Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team as Head of Marketing. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for shaping the marketing and creative direction of Country Road Group.

About the Role

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear brand strategy that resonates with our customers, while maintaining our heritage and leadership in sustainability. This role will work closely with our design teams to ensure a cohesive brand and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with corporate goals
  • Work with design teams to ensure a cohesive brand and customer experience
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts across all seasonal marketing
  • Manage the marketing calendar and work with the Digital Team to develop overall monthly insights and seasonal briefs
  • Work with the Sustainability team to develop and manage sustainability plans
  • Provide line management and leadership to the marketing team
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Marketing discipline or other relevant discipline
  • 8-10 years experience in a similar leadership position
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing and reviewing brand strategies and campaigns
  • Extensive experience in Branding, PR, Advertising, Communications
  • Strong ability to assess complex situations and develop innovative solutions
