Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth program administration, supporting the depot team and broader business, and contributing to operational excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments, uphold company policies, and drive business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence across the depot and broader business unit.
  • Process timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing, and goods receipting.
  • Support tender submissions by compiling bid documentation.
  • Assist project delivery through creation of project files and handover documentation.
  • Manage SAP and other systems to generate reports and maintain financial data.
  • Record and maintain key business data including asset registers and employee details.
  • Provide cross-functional support to team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Drive business improvement initiatives through visual management reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance by preparing and closing work orders in systems such as Upvise and SAP.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Experience communicating confidently across all levels with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining high work standards.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs and deadlines.
