About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Support Officer in Benalla. As a key member of our depot team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant program administration.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing, and goods receipting to maintain efficient business operations.
  • Supporting tender submissions by compiling bid documentation, schedules, and related materials.
  • Assisting project delivery through creation of project files, handover documentation, and compliance records.
  • Managing systems to generate reports, maintain financial data, and support project tracking.
  • Recording and maintaining key business data including asset registers, tool lists, and employee details.
  • Providing cross-functional support to team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Driving business improvement initiatives through visual management reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance by preparing and closing work orders in relevant systems.
