Senior Project Manager

AEC industry seeks a highly skilled project manager to lead the team in delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to goal setting and ensure team members are aligned with the project objectives.
- Lead effective team meetings and set team members up for success.
- Interview and collaborate with required consultants.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement Design Revolution Process standards for process delivery in line with Performance-Based Design.
- Develop and execute project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Alert the project team to changes in the project scope.
- Prepare and seal documents when necessary.
- Document project history and collaborate on closing out projects.
- Mentor team members within area of expertise and participate in performance planning with Technical and Team Leaders, when requested.
- Coordinate QA/QC milestones and events, leading team member coordination and ensuring project compliance through checklists and project charters.
- Review project-specific errors/omissions and assist with resolutions.
- Monitor technical costs and scheduled performance, leading the team to achieve project profit goals.
- Review, monitor, and update project financial reports in a timely manner.
- Represent the client's best interest and maintain positive relationships.
- Lead proposal creation and participate in interviews.
- Take the lead early in proposals and contract negotiations to establish scope of work, schedule, and budget.
