Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

This is a senior-level position for an experienced construction project manager who can drive successful project results from preconstruction through final closeout.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on project sites, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • • Participate in bidding and pre-construction services, representing the client as the primary contact.
  • • Manage professional support personnel on project sites, including project engineers, field superintendents, and administrative staff.
  • • Maintain strict control over project expenses and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • • Execute subcontracts and purchase orders, approve subcontractor invoices, and negotiate contract changes with clients.
  • • Mentor and train junior project managers, promoting career growth and development.
Requirements:
  • • A minimum of 7 years of relevant construction operations experience, with experience managing distribution center and/or light industrial manufacturing construction projects.
  • • A bachelor degree, preferably in construction management, engineering or a related field.
  • • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • • Effective communication skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and present proposals to clients.
  • • The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
