Job Description

The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade solutions that align with business goals and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments
  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect with deep understanding of platform design principles
  • Leading architecture for digital transformation projects and large-scale Salesforce implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Service Experience Cloud and Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions
  • Strong knowledge of platform components such as Flow LWC Apex APIs and security models
  • Ability to perform platform option analysis and recommend Salesforce-native and scalable alternatives
  • Exceptional communication skills articulating complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
