About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned expert to join an innovative digital transformation project, delivering cutting-edge solutions for a key public sector client.

You will play a pivotal role in defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices. As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Salesforce Certifications: Certified Solution Architect, Certified System Architect, OmniStudio Consultant
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT
  • Extensive hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce, including Public Sector Solutions
  • Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and OmniStudio components
  • Proven experience in systems integration, data modelling, and guiding technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions, with a focus on LWC and OmniStudio
  • Translate business requirements into high-level architecture and technical designs
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural oversight across the solution lifecycle
  • Review code and provide guidance to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations
  • Conduct technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural assessments
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD processes, source control, and release management
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment
