**THE ROLE**

To oversee and coordinate operations and field staff across all locations.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate and oversee field staff by establishing and delegating tasks and accountabilities, establish work schedules, supervise, monitor and evaluate performance
- Assist with Contracts/ Tenders/ Quotes
- In consultation with the Clients and Contracts Coordinator, establish a detailed understanding of contractual works and requirements to achieve contract deliverables
- Coordinate resources to ensure maximum efficiencies are achieved
- In support of the Fleet Coordinator ensure field staff take care of and adequately maintain plant and equipment
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stake holders and broaden our network of contacts with existing clients to promote our services

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture or Turf Management or equivalent
- Experience in the coordination of field staff including technical experience, allocation of labour, plant and materials with a proven record of the effective management of personnel and resources
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role leading and motivating employees to achieve results in a positive, accountable, team-based environment
- At least 5 years' experience in Horticulture and Open Space Turf Management sector
- Business management skills, understanding of costs and working to budgets
- Ability to maintain and enhance relationships with stake holders, clients, contractors, and field staff to achieve desired outcomes
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent in communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ideas, instructions and information
