Our organization is seeking a skilled Field Service Scheduler to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of field technicians to customer sites.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities to optimize routes and schedules while meeting customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in using an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Dispatch: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor real-time activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Communicate job details effectively to field technicians and customers.
  • Route Optimization: Optimize routes and schedules to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
