Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, and preparation of event materials.
  • Coordinate conferences, events, and weddings by liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, and assist in lead generation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with back-of-house teams to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct site inspections for clients and suppliers as required for event coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client information, bookings, and event details.
  • Prepare regular reports as directed by the Conference Sales Manager and ad hoc reports where necessary.
