The Role & The Team
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving customer, commercial, and brand success for our organisation. You'll work closely with the Marketing Program Lead to develop and execute acquisition campaigns, focusing on acquiring new customers in an cost-effective manner to supercharge our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting strategic direction for ANZ growth marketing initiatives
- Ownership of demand generation through paid and organic digital marketing platforms
- Liaising with Sales, RevOps, and Analytics teams for lead source attribution
- Monthly and quarterly reporting across the Marketing team
- Management of growth marketing initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with experience in B2B SaaS companies or digital marketing agencies who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong knowledge of current digital channels and conversion optimisation tactics, as well as a proven ability to develop project-level strategy and present it to senior stakeholders.
