Workplace Relations Specialist

As a Workplace Relations Officer at Macquarie, you will play a key role in promoting and upholding our Appropriate Workplace Behaviour Policy. This includes investigating concerns related to inappropriate workplace behaviour, developing and maintaining related policies and frameworks, and educating managers and staff on appropriate workplace behaviour globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage enquiries related to Equal Employment Opportunity matters from HR Business Partners and managers
- Support the Regional Lead - EEO with case management and investigations
- Review and draft EEO related policies and processes
- Develop annual training packs and education on appropriate workplace behaviour
Requirements
- Degree-level education in Human Resources, with demonstrated experience as an HR generalist
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Well-developed data analysis and numeracy skills
