Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned CFO to join a well-established civil construction subcontractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, providing executive influence, and driving performance.

You'll partner with delivery units to refine financial insights, strengthen risk profiles, and ensure profit surety. Additionally, you'll support People and Culture to embed financial discipline into programs that keep people at the heart of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial control and reporting
  • Tax, treasury, audit, compliance, and commercials
  • Capital strategy, risk frameworks, forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and asset management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A proven track record as a CFO in civil or commercial construction

Strong financial expertise, including experience in strategic planning, risk management, and financial analysis
