About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized support plans, ensuring each individual receives high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualised support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development, fostering growth and empowerment
  • Build meaningful connections and provide emotional support, creating a safe and compassionate environment
  • Support community participation and recreational activities, promoting social inclusion and connection
  • Collaborate with teams to implement support plans, advocating for customer rights and promoting independence
Requirements
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services, with a strong understanding of individual needs and requirements
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain, ensuring the highest level of care and safety
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle, facilitating timely and efficient support delivery
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain), maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration and support delivery
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, accommodating diverse client needs
