**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Team Lead to lead our diverse team of tradespeople on exciting construction projects in Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and planning to ensure efficient site operations aligned with plans and schedules.
  • Lead and manage subcontractors, clearly communicating their scopes and addressing any issues with the Site Manager.
  • Collaborate with clients to secure approvals for changes.
  • Proactively manage resource needs and shortages, escalating as necessary.
  • Work with Engineers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment, reporting any stock deficiencies promptly.
  • Adhere to best practices to ensure accurate management of stock issues and returns.

About You:

  • A trade qualification with supervisory experience is required.
  • A background in civil construction, particularly in Directional Drills, Ploughing, and Open Trenching, would be an advantage.
  • A proven track record in supervising contractors is essential.
  • The ability to read and interpret plans is necessary.
  • You will be willing to travel throughout the state.
