We are seeking an experienced Executive to oversee the successful launch of a large-scale residential land development project in the Swan foothills.

This is a 3-5 year project with stage 1 already underway, offering several hundred lots for sale. As Executive Land Development Director, you will provide strategic guidance and advice to ensure a smooth rollout of the project.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting development cash flow and ensuring timely payments
  • Managing sales contracts, tracking progress, and converting leads into sales
  • Monitoring performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, including REIWA and Consumer Protection acts
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various social media platforms
  • Leading and managing a team of sales agents, including directing their efforts and providing feedback
  • Presenting regular updates to the board of directors, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining business plans to drive project success
  • Familiarity with government regulations and legislation related to land development
  • Coordinating with legal advisors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead a high-profile project and make a significant impact on its success. An attractive remuneration package is available to the successful candidate, along with an initial contract term of three years.
