Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and respond to enquiries related to our services


• Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to people seeking access to our services


• Ensure a welcoming reception area while managing mail, meeting rooms, clerical tasks, and office supplies


• Handle inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments


• Maintain a confidential database of inquiries and prepare reports on trends and client needs


Requirements:


• Previous experience working in reception, customer service, or a similar role


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritise tasks


• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
