At Melba Support Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Support Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for managing and responding to enquiries related to services offered by our organisation. This involves providing accurate information, guidance, and support to people seeking access to our services, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively and empathetically.

This role is 24 hours per week, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (flexible for the right candidate). We offer a supportive and collaborative culture where your contributions make a real impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple activities and prioritise tasks. They will also have experience working in reception, customer service, or similar roles, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to enquiries related to services offered by Melba Support Services
  • Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to people seeking access to our services
  • Ensure effective and empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate information and coordinate maintenance efforts
  • Maintain a confidential database of inquiries and prepare reports on trends and client needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in reception, customer service, or similar role required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritise tasks required
