Job Title: Airport Operations Manager

">About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced airport operations professional to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily ground handling operations, including cabin cleaning, and leading a team of operational staff to achieve exceptional results.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily ground handling operations, including cabin cleaning.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Perform progress and final checks to ensure airline requirements are met.
  • Plan and utilize staff and resources effectively to meet schedule delivery, cost, and service levels.
  • Investigate delays and service failures and work with internal and external teams to resolve.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aviation (Ground Operations and Service)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • Authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA)
  • Senior First Aid Certification
  • Proven experience in ground handling operations and team management.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
