Establishing a strategic HR partnership, you will drive employee relations and talent acquisition initiatives that align with the organization's growth objectives. Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The role requires an experienced HR professional to manage employee relations issues fairly and consistently, including conflict resolution and mediation. Additionally, you will enhance employee engagement through targeted initiatives and programs that address employee concerns, conduct regular meetings and focus groups to gather feedback, distill trends, and key opportunities to develop our employee value proposition.

You will support the future growth and workforce planning across the organization, which includes a digital transformation of the HR functions. This involves supporting the acquisition and engagement of a HRIS and upgraded ATS to digitise the employee experience, identify, and implement technology-enabled solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency. You will work with marketing to develop employee brand identity and optimise website to attract top talent.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar level HR role in a diverse and dynamic organisation. Other key skills we are looking for include:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving results and implementing innovative HR solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
  • Technical capability and good knowledge of HRIS implementation desirable.
