About the Role

The Business Line Manager will lead and drive business growth within a specific product line by developing and implementing strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of the product offering, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market and sales strategies in line with divisional goals and guidelines.
  • Conduct territory management planning and apply best practices to optimize market coverage and sales actions.
  • Coach, support, and guide teams working with the product line, including direct supervision of those predominantly working with it.
  • Deliver dominant market share in key segments such as capital equipment, drilling consumables, spare parts, and geoscience products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in mineral exploration.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in exploration business in Australia or internationally.
  • Direct sales and product management experience is highly desirable.
  • Solid technical knowledge of the product offering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of profit and loss statements.
  • Ability to work independently and lead change through a large organization.
  • Must be available for frequent travel.
