Role Overview

This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership skills, as you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives and providing top-tier customer service. You will serve as the primary ambassador for our brand, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support store management in operational tasks and maintain a seamless day-to-day environment.
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards through our exclusive sales experience.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client database through effective sales and relationship management.
  • Focus on cultivating meaningful VIP relationships with local clientele.
  • Open and close the store independently when needed.
  • Guarantee the store runs smoothly in the absence of senior management.
  • Conduct daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Oversee organization, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our brand and product range.
  • Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines.
  • Complete E-Learning modules as required to stay up to date with training and knowledge.
