Job Opportunity in Neuro Spinal Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to support our Neuro Spinal theatre sessions.

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional patient care and supporting surgical teams during procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting surgical teams during Neuro Spinal procedures.
  • Providing patient care with empathy, confidentiality, dignity, and respect.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participating in on-call rosters and supporting colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration is essential.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a scrub/scout nurse in Neuro/Spinal surgery is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work across a mix of morning and evening shifts without night shifts.
  • Strong critical thinking and initiative to respond confidently in complex situations.
  • Clear and compassionate communication skills.
