We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Sydney Adventist Hospital, where we deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in our fast-paced Neuro Spinal theatre, providing compassionate care to patients undergoing complex neuro spinal procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a skilled perioperative team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Assist surgeons during complex neuro spinal procedures, including craniotomies, spinal fusions, and interventional neuro procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across a mix of morning and evening shifts, including night shifts.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 3-4 years of experience as a scrub/scout nurse in Neuro/Spinal surgery, with a strong focus on neuro surgeries.
- Strong critical thinking and initiative skills to respond confidently in complex situations.
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts.
