As demand increases in our Neuro Spinal theatre sessions, we're looking for passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Neuro Scrub/Scout Nurses.
Whether you're after full-time or part-time work, this is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, highly skilled perioperative team that supports 19 operating theatres and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care.You'll be working in a supportive environment under the guidance of our Nurse Unit Manager - Operating Suite, alongside colleagues who value teamwork and clinical excellence.
To welcome you on board, we're offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply) - just one of the many ways we show our appreciation for the incredible work our nurses do every day.Who we're looking forA current AHPRA registration is essential, along with 3 - 4 years of experience as a scrub/scout nurse in Neuro/Spinal surgery.Experience in Neuro surgeries, particularly craniotomies, spinal fusions, and interventional neuro procedures (Biplane), is highly desirable.Flexibility to work across a mix of morning and evening shifts - with no night shifts.Participation in the on-call roster is part of the role, and your support during these times makes a real difference.Being a genuine team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment will see you succeed here.Strong critical thinking and initiative will help you respond confidently in complex situations.Clear and compassionate communication - both written and verbal - is something you value and demonstrate every day.About UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
