As a valued member of our property investment team, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships between investors and the investment department. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the creation of a new role within our organisation.

Job Overview:

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for coordinating all investor relations and enquiries, including drafting responses and seeking instructions from the Financial Controller & Head of Investments. This role involves liaising with investors, documenting unit transfers, and ensuring accurate communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all investor communications, ensuring that potential investor flyers and marketing material are up-to-date.
  • Responsible for all administration tasks as part of a new acquisition or sale of a property.
  • Manage Deal Flow in investment software and general coordination of the equity raise process, liaising closely with the Head of Investments on timeframes and coordination of resourcing requirements.
  • Liaise with investors with any queries and then either respond to them or direct enquiry to the appropriate person within the Investment team.
