About the RoleThis is a critical position in supporting operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and upholding quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and AS/NZS standards.
- Create and update quality policies and procedures to support safe and compliant operations.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.
- Review and interpret legislative and organizational requirements to maintain compliance.
- Monitor the QMS, address non-conformances, and drive ongoing improvement.
You are a qualified mechanical tradesperson with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You excel under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliable results.
