Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, ensuring seamless delivery of resident-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a sense of trust and respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with residents, particularly those living with dementia.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, empathy, and patience when interacting with residents.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
