Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and undertaking fault diagnostics on electrical, instrument, and radio systems and accessories on the aircraft. This includes power generation and distribution systems, ignition and engine monitoring systems, autopilot and integrated flight systems, environmental control systems, radar and communication systems, and in-flight entertainment.

Salary and Benefits

As an Aviation Engineering Professional, you can expect a salary ranging from AU$65,000 to AU$90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A demonstrated mechanical aptitude with an eagerness to learn a hands-on trade
  • A high level of motivation and passion to want to be part of the aviation sector
  • Exceptional teamwork skills
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Good hand skills with the ability to use a variety of tooling
  • Australian Citizenship or hold Australian Permanent Residency Status
