About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Client Services Scheduler to join our team in Gosford. As a Client Services Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating the rostering of care for our aged and disability clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling carers and maintaining related systems and processes;
  • Managing inside sales enquiries and developing relationships with clients and their families;
  • Dealing with client inquiries, feedback, and general enquires in a professional and empathetic manner;
  • Serving as a liaison between referral sources, families, carers, and care managers;
  • Providing client and family education on available services and care plans;
  • Implementing and maintaining operating systems for caregivers, nurses, and other care professionals;
  • Maintaining records and documentation in accordance with quality standards frameworks and organisational policies and procedures;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills;
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent computing skills;
  • Australian National Police Check and Working with Children Check;
  • First Aid & CPR certificate;
  • Full Driver's license and a reliable vehicle;
  • Smart mobile phone;
  • The right to work in Australia;
